Ban on Carrying Satellite Phones to India

It has been brought to the notice of the Ministry of External Affairs by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) that some foreigners are carrying satellite phones with them while travelling to India.

As per the existing guidelines of MHA, carrying satellite phones by foreigners into India is banned.
