Reverse Buyer Seller Meet for the Electronics Hardware Industry

Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC) has rescheduled INDIA ELECTRONICS EXPO (INDEE), to 27-29 March 2023 (from 23-25 November 2022) at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

The event (INDEE) will now be co-located beside two premier tech shows namely INDIASOFT 2023 & Convergence India 2023.

The Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC) under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India, will reimburse the cost of to and fro economy class air ticket and the cost of 2 night’s hotel accommodation to selected participating delegates (Proforma attached). The ceiling of reimbursement is US$ 900 (US$ 1500 to delegates from Africa) or the cost of the ticket plus 2 night hotel accommodation – whichever is lower. The conditions for sponsorship are:

  • The company should be a genuine Electronics Hardware importers/ buyers or seeking joint ventures / tie-ups and / with Indian companies
  • 1 delegate per company will be sponsored.
  • Payment of US$ 200 towards participation fees (This will be deducted from the amount which will be reimbursed to the delegates on 2nd day of the event.)
